Welcome to The Kerala God's Own പോരാട്ടം, an exciting Valorant Community Tournament presented by Deviants! This event is crafted for Malayalee gamers, prioritizing players from Kerala. Our mission is to unite the gaming community and showcase top-tier Valorant talent.

• Format: 32-team direct elimination bracket played on PC.
• Team Size: 5 players per team, plus 1 optional substitute. One designated captain will handle official communication with organizers.
• Duration: The tournament will span 10-11 days of intense competition.
• Prizes:
• 🏆 1st Place: ₹15,000 INR
• 🥈 2nd Place: ₹8,000 INR
• ⭐ MVP's: ₹7,000 INR

Eligibility Requirements:

• Players must use their main Riot account.
• Riot account must be at least Level 200.

Registration Process:

1. Contact Us: Teams must first reach out via the contact numbers provided on our website.
2. Google Form: After initial verification, you'll receive a Google Form to complete your details.
3. Team Approval: We'll notify you within one day if your team has been approved.
4. Registration Fee: If approved, a one-time non-refundable registration fee of ₹500 must be paid.
5. Discord Access: Once your payment is confirmed, you will be invited to the official tournament Discord channel. All team members, including substitutes, must join this server for essential tournament communication.

General Conduct

• Administration (Admins): Individuals authorized by Deviants to administer the tournament are referred to as "Admins." The collective group is the "Administration."
• Commitment: By participating, players agree to comply with all tournament rules, statements, and decisions made by the Administration.
• Rule Modifications: The Administration reserves the right to modify rules at any time without prior notice to ensure fair play and integrity. All decisions are final.
• Respectful Behavior: All participants must respect Admins and other participants. Insults, unfair or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will result in penalties.
• Winning Intent: Every participant must try to win every round. Purposefully losing is strictly forbidden.
• Player Names: Vulgar, racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive player names are forbidden. The Administration reserves the right to edit names deemed unfit for display.
• Media Consent: Participants consent to the use of footage, photos, and audio for promotional purposes by Deviants without time or location restrictions.

Communication

• Language: All communication between participants and the Administration must be in English.
• Contact Channels: The Administration can only be contacted via orgdeviants@gmail.com or the official Tournament Discord. Any other form of communication will be ignored.
• Team Captains: Captains are responsible for all communication with Admins through the Discord server.

Tournament Window

The tournament runs from August 30, 2025, starting at 19:00 IST, and concludes with the Grand Finals on September 13, 2025, at 21:00 IST.

Match Structure

• Round of 32 & Round of 16: Best-of-One matches
• Quarterfinals & Semifinals: Best-of-Three matches
• Grand Finals: Best-of-Five showdown

Schedule Breakdown (IST)

• Aug 30 - Aug 31: First Stage (16 Matches) - Single elimination
• Sept 3 - Sept 4: Second Stage (8 Matches) - Single elimination
• Sept 7 - Sept 8: Quarterfinals (4 Matches) - Best-of-Three
• Sept 10 - Sept 11: Semifinals (2 Matches) - Best-of-Three
• Sept 13: Grand Finals - Kicks off at 18:00 IST, live broadcast from 17:00 IST

Streaming

All matches will be streamed live on Deviants' YouTube Channel.

Tournament Restrictions

• Participants must commit to the full tournament.
• Team rosters must remain consistent.
• If a player can no longer participate, Admins will decide next steps, which may include forfeiture.

Rescheduling & Punctuality

• Matches cannot be postponed unless approved by Admins.
• Teams must confirm presence before the match timer expires.
• Delays allowed only if prior matches overrun their schedule.
• No-show teams risk immediate disqualification at Admin discretion.

Before the Match

• Check-In: Team captains must check in via Discord when their round starts.
• Map Pool: Bind, Haven, Split, Ascent, Icebox, Breeze, Fracture
• Map Selection: Processes for Best-of-One and Best-of-Three will be shared separately.

During the Match

• Streaming Your Games: Participants may live stream their tournament games only with permission from the Administrators. Approval must be obtained via the Discord channel or by emailing orgdeviants@gmail.com. Approved streamers must display tournament branding provided by the Administration.
• Disconnection Policy: Once a match begins, players must not intentionally or unintentionally disconnect.
  • If a player disconnects, the match will continue with remaining players and will not be restarted.
  • The disconnected player will be verified once before proceeding.
• Match Restarts: A restart may only be requested if fairness is severely compromised (e.g., third-party tools used by opponents or a widespread crash). Requests must be reported with evidence to Admins. The decision is at Admin discretion.
• Breach of Terms of Use: Bug abuse or violation of Riot's Terms of Service can lead to immediate disqualification.

After the Match

• Score Reporting: Team Captains must submit a screenshot of the final scoreboard via Discord within 5 minutes of the match ending. Staff will monitor games, but screenshots are mandatory.

Rule Violations & Punishments

Violations may result in the following penalties (at Admin discretion):

• Loss of a match
• Immediate disqualification from the current tournament
• Ban from future tournaments
